I spent many months shopping around before I called Diamond Shutters for a quote, from the first contact I made with them they handled my enquiry in a professional and friendly manner...

Punctuality:

I chose a date and time for the quotation and the representative turned up as agreed and gave a quote informing me that once I accepted the quote there would be a 6 week lead time. I accepted the quote and then received a call from the office confirming the 6 week lead.  A few weeks later I received an update that all was going to plan and we booked a installation date. A couple of days before the install I received another call checking that everything was OK my end, and on the agreed date and time the installer arrived.

Efficiency:

The installer laid a dust sheet and set about the installation, it was obvious he had done this job many many times before. He was friendly and explained what he was doing as he worked. There was little noise, no mess and he completed the job in a surprisingly short space of time. When complete he used his Vacuum around the area he had worked, demonstrated how the shutters opened and closed and I thanked him for the job.

Cost:

I have told Diamond Shutters that I am happy for them to pass my contact details onto prospective clients.
